Зачем он плюсует вагер? Если даже не видеть скрин от представителя о вагере- два бонуса, у каждого 7500 вагера, сложить вместе 15к вагера. Что и как он считает?

Clearly Math is not your strong point.

• You combined both $750 bonuses, which totaled - AU$1,500;
• Each $750 bonus came with 10X wagering;
• 10x + 10x = 20x wagering, because both bonuses were activated by you at the same time.

You had to activate both bonuses to provide the AU$1,500 bonus.

The excuse for having 2x bonuses, is smoke screen, you knew damn well that having both $750 bonuses activated at the same time, enforced a 20x wagering on the $1,500.

And if that's not clear to you by now, then IMHO your basic understanding of MATH isn't up to par for a casino owner.

It seems that a player should be happy with such split as bonuses are not sticky to each other and after wagering the first one (7500 aud) he can withdraw winnings, leaving the other 750 aud on the balance, before starting wagering the second one (7500 aud). Instead of wagering 15000 aud with one big bonus, having no possibility to withdraw in the middle. The system clearly shows the player, how much money is locked with the bonus and how much can be withdrawn. As I see from the screenshot, you have wagered 5796.5 aud from the 7500 (77%) from the first 750 aud and 2965 aud from the 7500 (39%) from the second one. It comes that if it will be one big bonus of 1500 aud with 15000 wager requirement - the result would be the same with 8761,5 aud from 15000 wagered.

If it is not enough, you can check our terms and conditions, where it is clearly stated that bonuses cannot be combined. You are wagering the first bonus and the second one. If you're loosing the first 750 for example, the first bonus is void and you need to wager only second one. Again, it is more profitable for the player than 1500 aud single pack.

I have no idea, why you demanding an additional 1500 aud bonus stating as a reason that the previous one is given as two parts on 750x2. The screenshots that you have added clearly showing that 10x wagering is applied to each 750 aud (7500+7500=15000 AUD in total). I suggest you reach any Direx casino with the question if in this model 20x wagering is applied or not. Frankly, I think that any casino can give an answer but not sure in all casinos bonus models.

We have issued bonus with the correct wagering on top of the private 10% (3x wagering) cashback deal and moved your account to the standard VIP level 9. We have sent a notification regarding it to your email.

For me, the case is clearly closed and the player should be happy. As an experienced player, you know that losings and winnings are not controlled by the casino and it's not our fault if a player has a losing or winning streak.

AU$585.50 (lost bonuses: never met wagering lost or canceled). This is not cash, it's monopoly-money (not real cash)

??? Is monthly cashback being deducted from the follow month's losses, against each month's cashback earned???

I've had this issue before at FastPay:
Vlad was deducting Tuesday and Friday reload bonuses. I don't accept deposit-bonuses. I cancel them all, before I commence play.
Yet... these cancelled deposit bonuses were being deducted from my losses, before cashback was paid.

I've contacted my bank today, to ask for a complete break down of ALL Visa payments to DIREX LIMITED CYPRUS for the month of January 2020. I deposit to FastPay with BTC and Visa payments.

Not so bad if your winning, but if your losing [which generally happens] then that 8% is another loss. As a VIP Level 9 player, I don't think I should have to wear ALL these BTC fees. Other casinos in the past have give me back 50% of these fees incurred)

I've spent literally hours upon hours calculating Visa deposits, BTC deposits, FastPay bonuses/comps cancelled (wagering not met), and cross referencing all of these transactions against my Bank account (which is only used to deposit with its Visa, plus transferred funds to my BTC wallet) which is use to deposit to FastpayCasino only.

BTC cashouts from Fastpay goto my BTC wallet. And, then transferred to my BTC wallet's ATM card, which I withdrawal via ATM. This money is then deposited back into my Bank account.

After calculating the total deposits at FastPay (cross referenced to my bank account and BTC wallet), In addition to the Cashouts of AU$12,800, I can not account for approx AU$5850.00

Reiterating, my (this) bank account, which has a Visa Debit attached, is ONLY used to deposit at Casinos. And, I have played at FastPay EXCLUSIVELY since Sept 2019.
